Embeded audio

Man, this web stuff is new to me so i have finally bothered to have a look around and find out how to add audio to my blog. Done! I am ashamed and a lil' embarrassed it took me so long to get around to figuring it out.
Anyhow, i plan to start being more active online here...and posting more sound.(fingers crossed)
